Intermediary Status
We operate as an independent (non-tied) insurance agent and financial investment intermediary. Advice and brokerage services are provided on the basis of the statutory licences pursuant to Section 34d(1) GewO and Section 34f(1) sentence 1 GewO.
We do not act as fee-based advisers.
Remuneration
Our services are provided in connection with the brokerage of financial products on a commission basis. As a rule, remuneration is included in the product costs and paid by the respective product provider.
There are no direct remuneration agreements with the client unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Basis of Advice
Financial investments are brokered on the basis of individual advice, taking into account the client's knowledge, experience, financial circumstances and investment objectives in accordance with the statutory requirements of the German Financial Investment Intermediation Ordinance (FinVermV).
Anti-Money Laundering
Where required by law, we are subject to the obligations of the German Money Laundering Act (GwG) and fulfil the due diligence and cooperation obligations stipulated therein.
Consumer Dispute Resolution / Universal Arbitration Board
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
